What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated corporate affairs strategies covering government relations, public policy, and corporate communications.
• Build and nurture key relationships with media, regulators, policymakers, industry associations, and civil society across APAC.
• Lead regional media strategy, issues management, and development of corporate messaging.
• Represent the company in policy forums, industry coalitions, and with national and local stakeholders.
• Support high-level executive engagements through briefings, materials, and direct advocacy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Business, and Safety teams to align messaging and mitigate regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in communications, government relations, public affairs, or public policy.
• Strong existing network and proven relationship-building within the media ecosystem and government agencies across key Asian markets.
• Deep understanding of regional legislative, regulatory practices, and digital policy trends.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex advocacy campaigns and shaping public narratives.
• Fluent in English (proficiency in Japanese is a strong plus).
• Ability to travel occasionally to represent the company at industry and policy events.
