What you will do

  • Plan and execute culturally relevant social-first campaigns targeting Thai Gen Z and young millennials.
  • Manage integrated marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Localize and optimize creative assets for both brand and performance marketing.
  • Lead local test-and-learn agendas to improve campaign relevance and growth results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and future recommendations.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, PR, product, and regional stakeholders to ensure executional excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles within consumer-facing sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Thai consumer culture and youth social trends.
  • Proven track record in full-funnel campaign management and performance marketing.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify insights from large datasets.
  • Professional fluency in Thai and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working effectively within a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in app marketing, consumer internet, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience executing growth experiments across new media channels or pilot programs.
