Focus on translating global strategies into locally relevant frameworks, orchestrating product marketing and CRM initiatives, and leveraging data to optimize brand performance across diverse Asian markets.

What you will do

  • Manage the regional brand portfolio strategy to ensure clear positioning and differentiation across multiple markets.
  • Translate global brand strategies into market-relevant regional frameworks, balancing consistency with local cultural nuances.
  • Own regional product marketing and CRM strategy, ensuring alignment between product features and local audience needs.
  • Execute strategic partnerships that strengthen brand equity and accelerate market growth.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to inform data-driven decision-making for both local teams and global headquarters.
  • Mentor regional and local teams while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or leadership within consumer tech, digital platforms, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands or portfolios across diverse regions.
  • Deep expertise in full-funnel marketing, covering brand, performance, product, and CRM lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of Asia-Pacific markets, regional growth dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to influence senior global and local stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience utilizing data to drive operational actions.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional Asian languages.
  • Advanced expertise in Product Marketing or CRM within the consumer tech sector.
