What you will do

  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies and manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, set expectations, and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Select and integrate ATS and sourcing tools to build a scalable recruiting infrastructure.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the candidate experience.
  • Engage world-class technical talent and articulate the company vision and role requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights that inform the overall talent strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in engineering roles and tech stacks.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines and close top-tier engineering talent.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup.
  • Excellent communication skills for candidate engagement and cross-team collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable using metrics to drive recruiting decisions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as an early technical recruiter in a startup environment.
