What you will do

• Own the backend development of new product features from initial feasibility studies to final release.
• Design, implement, and operate scalable, observable, and maintainable backend systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, frontend engineers, BI, and marketing teams.
• Contribute to the engineering team by conducting thorough design document and pull request reviews.
• Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in professional team-based software development.
• Proficiency in Go or another generalized programming language.
• Strong understanding of system design, including databases, caching strategies, and message queues.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production APIs and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with a product-minded approach.

• Practical experience working with Go.
• Strong desire to continuously learn and master backend technologies.
