What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operational support for partner, channel, and reseller motions including deal registration and exception handling.
- Operationalize partner programs and tiers to ensure benefits and incentives are accurately reflected in systems.
- Maintain and execute reseller agreements, monitoring terms that impact bookings, margins, and commissions.
- Support operational workflows for major cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) including offer creation and product mapping.
- Build and maintain dashboards to report on partner performance metrics like pipeline, bookings, and ACV.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to reconcile partner fees, rebates, and incentives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Partner, Channel, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Direct experience supporting indirect selling motions and cloud marketplaces including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including managing workflows, integrations, and CPQ tools.
- Strong analytical skills for working with large datasets to generate business insights.
- Proven ability to design and document processes that balance governance with usability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
