What you will do

• Build and evolve dashboards to track performance against top-of-funnel goals.
• Analyze funnel performance to surface insights that improve pipeline quality and efficiency.
• Refine and document lead lifecycle, qualification rules, and routing logic.
• Monitor and improve data quality across GTM systems through enrichment and deduplication processes.
• Evaluate and implement sales engagement and lead management tools to ensure high adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure consistent reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Technical expertise in marketing automation and lead management systems.
• Proficiency with GTM technology stacks including Salesforce, HubSpot, and lead routing platforms.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and funnel dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a high-growth setting.
