What you will do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize backend services and APIs utilizing Node.js and the Hono framework.
• Integrate LLMs and AI-assisted workflows into engineering and product features.
• Guide system architecture and uphold rigorous code quality and testing standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical prioritization and release planning.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in team management or leadership.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Russian: working proficiency required.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and scalable engineering practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or data visualization.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS or Azure).
