What you will do

• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into clear process and data requirements.
• Co-design customer-centric digital solutions aligning workflows with the Myhirify.global 2.0 platform.
• Define, map, and integrate end-to-end internal processes to optimize digital flows.
• Maintain and monitor the consistency and accuracy of customer and material master data.
• Create structured documentation for new processes and data requirements to facilitate user adoption.
• Guide users through change management and feature rollouts with proactive communication.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process management or master data roles.
• Strong interest in digital innovation and analytical mindset.
• English language proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a structured way with a hands-on attitude.
