What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and validate customer requirements for Cloud Data Platforms.
• Drive the technical Proof of Value (POV) process, ensuring successful outcomes and demonstrating tangible ROI.
• Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that address specific customer use cases and technical pain points.
• Translate customer feedback and feature gaps into actionable input for R&D teams to influence product roadmaps.
• Present expertise in Cloud Data Platform optimization at industry events and conferences.
• Develop business cases that articulate the financial and performance value of SELECT optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost management, FinOps, or data platform observability solutions.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive-level audiences.
• Strong data analysis skills with a history of building successful ROI models and business cases.
• Must be located in the US East region.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect, or dedicated FinOps professional.
• Proven history of success within the Cloud Data Platform ecosystem.
