About the Role

You will perform ongoing audits of privacy compliance with the Credit Information Act and Personal Information Protection Act. You will analyze database schemas and API specifications to assess the personal data lifecycle, design and test detection rules to prevent misuse, and conduct on-site inspections and training for data processors. You will communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and drive remediation and improvement actions based on audit results.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working with the Credit Information Act and Personal Information Protection Act
• Inspect personal data storage and identify risks using SQL queries
• Communicate audit findings to stakeholders and data processors to drive practical improvements
• Understanding of cloud, network, and database infrastructure to perform dataflow-based audits
• Practical experience with pseudonymization and de-identification adequacy assessments

Responsibilities

• Audit and enhance internal privacy management plans according to the Credit Information Act and Personal Information Protection Act
• Analyze database schemas and API specifications to assess personal data lifecycle
• Design detection rules to prevent personal data misuse and implement improvements based on audit results
• Conduct on-site audits of data processors, verify security compliance, and provide training
