What you will do
- Develop and maintain automated cloud hosting solutions using AWS services like EC2, EKS, and Lambda.
- Drive engineering productivity by building self-service tools and standardizing deployment pipelines.
- Manage complex AWS infrastructure including VPCs, networking, and security configurations.
- Improve and maintain CI/CD practices across the organization to decrease cycle times.
- Collaborate on maintaining reliable containerized environments and APM monitoring systems.
- Support cross-functional teams in a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (CDK, EC2, EKS, IAM, CloudFormation).
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container management in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Golang, or TypeScript.
- Experience with HashiCorp tools (Vault, Terraform) and secret management strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in both Linux and Windows environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a distributed team setting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration.
- Practical experience with APM platforms such as Datadog, AppDynamics, or NewRelic.
