What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Account Executives to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Drive accountability through rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and deal inspection.
  • Provide strategic direction and executive support for high-value enterprise negotiations.
  • Conduct regular skills development sessions, focusing on prospecting and value-based selling techniques.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify market opportunities and refine sales execution plans.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and ramping of new sales personnel.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 1+ years in a frontline management or team lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of guiding AEs to close enterprise or upper mid-market deals.
  • Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in MarTech or analytics.
  • Strong operational rigor in using Salesforce and sales productivity tools.
  • Experience working in a high-velocity sales environment with monthly or quarterly quotas.
