What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 60 accounts to build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer goals using the platform.
• Proactively identify risks and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and track key success metrics.
• Drive platform adoption by introducing new features and sharing best practices.
• Create high-quality presentations, roll-out plans, and strategic proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of direct customer-facing experience
• Demonstrated success in managing a book of business, including retention and expansion.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-cadence environment.
• Interest in or knowledge of digital marketing.
