What you will do

• Lead and mentor a large team of high-performing editors.
• Utilize data analytics to improve editor behavior and workflow efficiency.
• Maximize productivity through structured training and internal tool-building.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to operationalize new AI products.
• Develop and optimize processes with aggressive project timelines.
• Maintain alignment between strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations management.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience overseeing 50+ employees.
• Extensive background in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Proven track record in scaling operational initiatives and project management.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Background in professional photography or photo editing.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
