Photo Editing Associate

Location: 100% onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines, with a shifting schedule.

Salary: PHP 30,000 per month on-target earnings, including performance pay.

What you will do

• Edit photos from photography shoots completed worldwide.
• Use Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to enhance image quality and visual impact.
• Apply AI tools and automation to improve editing workflows.
• Perform advanced edits such as object removal using traditional or AI-assisted techniques.
• Support photographers and help expand hirify.global into new markets.
• Manage high-volume editing while taking ownership of delivery quality and timelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Professional photography and photo-editing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently while maintaining a high quality standard.
• Strong attention to detail, fast execution, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Ortigas on a shifting schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI image and video generation tools.
• Experience testing and adopting new creative tools and workflows.
