What you will do

• Design and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines for large-scale microservices.
• Build and manage developer environments including local, ephemeral, and cloud-based setups.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm for cloud resources and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize testing, deployment, and release workflows.
• Enhance platform observability and security across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor peers and lead technical design discussions to drive architectural improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration tools like Helm.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or a similar language.
• Experience working within AWS or major cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Background in building internal developer platforms (IDPs).
• Familiarity with secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault.
• Experience scaling developer experience (DevX) initiatives.
