Salary: Php 40,000–60,000 per month (including incentives)

What you will do

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure high efficiency and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of specialists to foster a collaborative environment.
• Design and implement continuous process improvements and operational policies.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test and integrate new AI-driven features.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and design effective solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located in Metro Manila
• 4-5 years of experience in operations with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Proven track record in driving and achieving key performance indicators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex operational challenges.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
