hirify.global is an open platform created by researchers from UC Berkeley’s SkyLab, dedicated to evaluating and advancing the frontier of AI model performance and real-world reliability.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain automated integrations between Salesforce, Notion, and delivery pipelines to eliminate manual data entry.
  • Design and deploy automated outbound lead generation engines utilizing intent signals.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce custom objects, pipeline stages, and reporting dashboards for the enterprise sales motion.
  • Automate dashboards for real-time visibility into account health, renewal signals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the technical connective tissue between BD, Enterprise, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Evaluate and deploy AI-powered automation across GTM workflows, including AI SDR capabilities and meeting prep.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript with experience building production-level SaaS integrations.
  • Deep hands-on experience configuring Salesforce for revenue teams, including custom objects, flows, and APEX/SOQL.
  • Proven track record of building outbound or inbound lead generation systems from scratch.
  • Understanding of the AI ecosystem, including model providers, benchmarks, and training vs. inference.
  • High agency and ability to operate without a playbook in a high-growth B2B environment.
  • Strong business intuition regarding pipeline metrics, conversion funnels, and revenue operations.
