Salary: $140,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Scale developer adoption by guiding customers through API integration across hundreds of providers.
• Conduct ongoing architectural assessments to reduce friction and improve pipeline reliability.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage trends to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot complex API authentication, authorization, and OAuth issues.
• Develop internal processes and tooling to strengthen technical support and documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll and HR system integrations.

Requirements

• Proven ability to troubleshoot alongside developers and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working across the stack with technologies like Node.js, SQL, and caching layers.
• Strong background in debugging APIs, reading logs, and diagnosing integration failures.
• Deep understanding of API design including REST, webhooks, and data-portability patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Ability to context-switch between technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll integrations, HR systems, or accounting architecture.
• Technical end-to-end project management experience.
• Background in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or consulting.
• Experience using Git in a professional environment.
