TL;DR

Motion Designer (Motion Design): Creating diverse motion assets for global brands with an accent on 2D motion design, brand films, and social media content. Focus on collaborating with creative teams, refining visual storytelling through typography and layout, and expanding expertise across 3D, filming, and editing.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London studio, 4 days a week in-office (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Support the creation of high-quality motion design across various client industries.
• Collaborate with creative teams to bring conceptual ideas to life for branding, digital, and social platforms.
• Deliver predominantly 2D motion work with opportunities for filming, editing, and 3D projects.
• Adapt design styles to meet diverse brand identities and requirements.
• Contribute to studio creative sessions and actively develop new design techniques.
• Manage tasks independently while maintaining clear communication with the wider team.

Requirements

• Professional reel demonstrating creative ideas and technical breadth in motion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography and information hierarchy.
• Basic sound design skills and knowledge of colour correction within Adobe CC.
• Excellent communication and team-player mindset.
• Capacity for onsite work in the London studio four days a week.
