Client Service Intern

TL;DR

Client Service Intern (Client Services): Supporting the delivery of client projects and team operations with an accent on project management, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on ensuring the high quality of presentations, proposals, and project communications while supporting business development and design teams.

Location: Must be based in Shanghai (Hybrid, 4 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Collaborate with business development, design, and strategy teams to support client project delivery.
• Develop a deep understanding of client organizations and their specific business challenges.
• Assist in the preparation and quality control of project-related presentations and proposals.
• Maintain clear and consistent communications with internal teams and external clients.
• Manage project documentation and ensure high attention to detail across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships internally and with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage clients independently.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Shanghai studio.
