What you will do

• Analyze and optimize retail banking processes including accounts, lending, cards, and KYC workflows.
• Gather, document, and define detailed business and functional requirements via discovery sessions.
• Translate complex business needs into user stories, technical requirements, and functional specifications.
• Drive digital initiatives across mobile, internet, and self-service channels to enhance omni-channel experiences.
• Collaborate with IT, architecture, and product teams to oversee solution design and production rollouts.
• Conduct impact assessments for regulatory changes and new feature integrations.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in Retail and Digital Banking.
• Strong expertise in core banking systems such as T24, Flexcube, or Finacle.
• Proven ability to create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience with digital transformation and process re-engineering projects.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for project tracking.
• Understanding of banking regulations, risk controls, and industry best practices.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile credentials.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and digital banking architecture.
• Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
