What you will do

• Define solution positioning and marketing strategy for networking solutions, cloud-native NOC SaaS, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Lead and mentor a team of product marketing subject matter experts while serving as a hands-on contributor.
• Align solution strategies with sales, commercial strategy, and product teams to drive market success.
• Engage directly with customers via briefings and speaking engagements to reinforce strategic goals.
• Synthesize market and competitive feedback to influence product lifecycle and development.
• Collaborate with GTM and field marketing teams to align strategies with campaigns, events, and sales enablement assets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant solution or product marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of access networking, including BNG, edge/aggregation routing, and PON FTTH networks.
• Deep knowledge of network operations, workflow automation, and OSS/BSS ecosystems.
• Proven track record in driving programs forward in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Experience with AI architecture and its application to operations and service workflow automation.
• Must be able to support periodic travel up to 20% of the time.

• MBA degree.
• Prior experience working for or marketing to broadband service providers.
