What you will do

• Produce high-energy game video campaigns and performance-driven social ads aligned with marketing objectives.
• Bring storyboards to life with advanced animation, pacing, and visual effects.
• Work under creative direction to ensure all assets meet premium studio standards.
• Manage individual time and workload to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to align creative deliverables with campaign goals.
• Contribute to the creative team by following industry best practices and utilizing analytics insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of motion graphics experience in an agency or high-growth company.
• Mastery of animation fundamentals including color, typography, composition, rhythm, and keyframing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills across various mediums.
• Ability to manage a mix of long-term concept projects and fast-turnaround campaign tasks.
• Professional communication skills and experience receiving/implementing creative feedback.
