What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to analyze user behavior, classify content, and predict trends.
• Design internal AI-powered tools for automation, data tracking, and chatbot functionality.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and game design teams to integrate AI solutions that meet specific business goals.
• Execute A/B tests to evaluate the performance and efficacy of new models and algorithms.
• Work with data engineers to ensure high-quality data pipelines and system integrity.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and LLM to propose continuous system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with production-level Machine Learning systems.
• Proficiency in Python and data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Ability to deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and use Docker/Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of modern AI practices including LLMs (GPT, LLaMA), fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), and RAG.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI solutions specifically within the mobile gaming industry.
• Knowledge of MLOps systems such as SageMaker or Vertex AI.
• Expertise in building Recommendation Systems, LTV prediction, or Churn prediction models.
