What you will do

• Test gameplay, operational issues, bugs, and performance crashes.
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
• Report identified bugs and collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Test UI/UX and verify all new patches and game updates.
• Ensure stable game performance across different devices and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar IT role or relevant certification.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ha Noi.
• Basic understanding of game development processes and software testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in game testing or QA roles.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Test management system experience.
