What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and gap analysis for new and existing client projects.
• Design scalable DevOps architectures and present system diagrams to stakeholders.
• Manage client accounts with a focus on growth, value delivery, and satisfaction.
• Support pre-sales activities to help win new business.
• Create clear technical documentation and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and founders to align technical solutions with client needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional engineering background in DevOps (cloud, K8s, CI/CD, IaC).
• Strong experience in architecting complex systems and presenting technical diagrams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing conversations.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to simplify complex technical issues for stakeholders.
• Experience in technical discovery and gap analysis.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in freelance consulting.
• Previous background in solutions architecture roles.
