What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize complex programmatic RTB campaigns across diverse ad networks and formats.
- Develop and implement advanced bidding strategies, audience frameworks, and scaling methodologies.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify performance patterns, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on tracking architecture and advanced measurement setups including GA4 and attribution models.
- Forecast campaign performance, manage budget pacing, and present strategic insights to leadership.
- Mentor junior buyers and coordinate with creative teams to guide data-backed testing roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying on RTB platforms.
- Proven track record managing large budgets and delivering strong ROI on CPC/CPM campaigns.
- Deep understanding of RTB auctions, bidding logic, and multi-channel programmatic environments.
- Proficiency with complex tracking setups like post-backs, server-to-server tracking, and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with expert-level Excel/Sheets and ability to forecast performance.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
- Proficiency with advanced reporting dashboards like Tableau or Power BI.
