What you will do
- Take strategic ownership of Google Ads campaign strategy and execution.
- Plan and optimize cross-channel campaigns including Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies, account structures, and targeting approaches.
- Analyze complex performance data to optimize budgets and drive strategic decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and implement best practices across all campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads in performance-driven environments.
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Current Google Ads Certifications.
- Deep understanding of tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution frameworks.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Ads Scripts, API workflows, or Ads Editor.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for modelling and forecasting.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with PPC/SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
