What you will do

• Build and implement a comprehensive financial reporting system from scratch.
• Manage and monitor cash flow while optimizing operational expenses.
• Prepare P&L statements, plan vs. actual analysis, and unit economics reports.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives and growth scenarios.
• Prepare professional financial materials for leadership, investors, and funds.
• Communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Russian: Fluent required for internal communication.
• English: Fluent (C1+) required.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial management or analysis, preferably in a startup.
• Proven ability to build financial processes and reporting from the ground up.
• Strong hands-on skills in Google Sheets and advanced financial modeling.
• Ability to structure ambiguous information and work with high execution speed.
