What you will do

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and integrate models into production environments.
• Build and optimize recommendation and ranking systems.
• Develop intelligent assistants and agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Collaborate with customers to identify business needs and gather technical requirements.
• Maintain models and instructions for language models.
• Conduct demos to explain technical aspects and project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in startups or professional services.
• Strong experience in developing and tuning ML models including classification, regression, and clustering.
• Solid mathematical background and knowledge of ML metrics.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, and multi-agent system frameworks.
• English level: B2 required.
• Russian: Fluent required.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, PyTorch, and Docker.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD and Airflow.
• Familiarity with BigQuery and cloud data ecosystems.
