What you will do
- Design and run marketing operating rhythm, including annual and quarterly planning, monthly reviews, and weekly stand‑ups.
- Lead external marketing processes and cross‑functional operations, connecting Marketing with Product, CS, Sales, Legal, and Finance.
- Drive GTM, creative, and production workflows, aligning Product Marketing, Creative, Design, and Product teams.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A to run quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Build systems, data, and insight for better decision‑making, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Own internal artifacts, policies, and documentation, driving consistency and compliance across marketing programs.
Requirements
- Significant experience in marketing operations and/or marketing leadership within modern marketing organizations.
- Proven track record designing and scaling operating systems for marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to think in systems, not tasks, and to design processes that are resilient, scalable, and easy to adopt.
- Strong command of marketing finance principles, including budget forecasting, accruals, contract management, and ROI tracking.
- Deep experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Creative, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
- A data‑driven approach, comfortable using data to diagnose issues, measure impact, and inform decisions.
- Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience building or optimizing marketing operations in environments, and then thoughtfully layering in tools as the function matures.
- Background in high‑growth tech, fintech, or crypto, with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapidly evolving business priorities.
- Experience leading or influencing team culture efforts in partnership with People/HR.
