What you will do

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop messaging that will garner interest.
  • Engage with prospective customers to develop new business relationships and understand their challenges.
  • Create new SRO’s and handoff opportunities to sales team members.
  • Update lead and prospect information in SFDC.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years within a Sales/Business Development Representative role (SAAS/Services company preferred) is essential.
  • Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development.
  • Strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability.
  • Trained on call structuring, conversation control, and pitching.
  • Proficient with standard corporate tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).
  • Sales training and Salesforce experience a plus.
