🚀 Card Scheme Manager | Unlimit | Belgrade / Limassol (on-site)

We’re looking for a strong Card Scheme Manager to join Unlimit, a global fintech company.

About the company
Unlimit is a global fintech with 700+ employees and offices worldwide.
The company builds its own payment infrastructure — including processing, acquiring, issuing, BaaS, and crypto — all within a single platform.
We work directly with Visa, Mastercard, and other global and local schemes.

Unlimit is actively growing, expanding into new markets, and launching new products — making this a role with real impact, not just process support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with Card Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Handle certifications, mandates, and ensure ongoing compliance
• Support product launches and market expansion from a scheme perspective
• Monitor scheme rules and assess their impact on business and operations
• Work closely with Product, Compliance, Processing, and Legal teams
• Translate scheme requirements into practical internal solutions
• Drive improvements in processes and internal workflows

Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of experience in payments (Card Schemes / Acquiring / PSP)
• Hands-on experience working with Visa/Mastercard rules and processes
• Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle and card ecosystem
• Experience with mandates, compliance, and certifications
• Ability to work cross-functionally and take ownership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have:
• Experience with high-risk merchants / underwriting
• Knowledge of fraud, chargebacks, or monitoring programs
• Understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks in payments
