Senior .Net Framework Backend Developer (iGaming): Accountable for all parts of the software development lifecycle for projects with an accent on developing, adapting, and implementing short- and long-term solutions. Focus on troubleshooting and debugging production issues, driving innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Hybrid & Remote work arrangements are available. The majority of roles are not restricted by location, giving prospective employees the flexibility to choose any of our offices in Malta, the UK (London), Italy (Parma & Lecce), Austria (Innsbruck), Serbia (Kragujevac), Romania (Bucharest) and UAE (Dubai).

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and collaborating with support teams as needed.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the development team.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality and identifying areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and providing feedback and coaching.
• Draft technical documentation.
• Write effective APIs.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7/4.8
• Proven experience in managing on premises complex monolithic architecture
• Proven experience in developing Windows Services
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Redis
• Experience in development using CI/CD (mainly Azure Devops)
• Knowledge of RESTful API services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with proven fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of micro-services and Microsoft .NET 8 will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in Sportsbook system and iGaming industry will be considered a plus
