What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams.
- Communicate the value of , including cost savings and convenience.
- Build trust with members through empathetic and solutions-oriented conversations.
- Convert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments.
- Document outreach activity and outcomes in internal systems.
- Identify common member concerns and share feedback with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center sales, or another high-volume outbound role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant outbound call activity.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to a range of member needs and situations.
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward clear next steps.
- Highly organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing follow-up and documenting activity.
- Motivated by performance goals, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
