What you will do

  • Lead and coach a diverse team of 10–15 engineering and QA professionals.
  • Refine software engineering processes to optimize developer experience and remove blockers.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools and modern coding methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the CTO to ensure engineering output aligns with the product roadmap.
  • Support developers in communication and professional growth to improve team internal branding.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English is required (Dutch is a big plus).
  • Experience in mentoring and managing diverse technical roles.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of .NET, frontend frameworks, AWS, and Azure DevOps.
  • Background as a developer or technical team lead with a passion for people management.
  • Forward-thinking mindset regarding AI-driven development and process improvement.

Nice to have

  • Strong command of the Dutch language.
