What you will do

• Define, design, and develop new features for high-traffic commerce products.
• Write clean, testable, and reliable code for globally distributed systems.
• Partner with designers and product managers to deliver platform enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews to foster technical excellence.
• Solve complex engineering and user experience challenges.
• Monitor and operate production systems with a focus on stability.

Requirements

• Must be located in Taiwan.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Technical proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Experience with Node.js, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL and cloud computing, specifically AWS.
• Proficiency in observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Prior experience in the commerce industry or Agile/Scrum environments.
