What you will do
- Identify and source potential partners including influencers, educators, and communities across various social channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and negotiate partnership terms, including revenue share models.
- Onboard partners into tracking systems and educate them on promotional tools and best practices.
- Support partners in launching initial campaigns and optimizing performance to reach activation milestones.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure a clean, predictable sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams for the handover of activated partners to Business Development Managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within the trading industry.
- Fluency in Vietnamese to effectively target the specified market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfort working with performance targets and specific KPIs.
- Experience using CRM software and other digital productivity tools.
Nice to have
- Professional background in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer ecosystems.
- Experience managing international or global partner relationships.
