Partner Acquisition Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Identify and source potential partners including influencers, educators, and communities across various social channels.
• Conduct discovery calls and negotiate partnership terms, including revenue share models.
• Onboard partners into tracking systems and educate them on promotional tools and best practices.
• Support partners in launching initial campaigns and optimizing performance to reach activation milestones.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure a clean, predictable sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams for the handover of activated partners to Business Development Managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within the trading industry.
• Fluency in Vietnamese to effectively target the specified market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working with performance targets and specific KPIs.
• Experience using CRM software and other digital productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Professional background in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer ecosystems.
