What you will do

• Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, tracking, action recognition, and video understanding.
• Design end-to-end computer vision systems to meet functional, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design annotation schemas and validation strategies for large-scale datasets.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize computer vision models using deep learning frameworks.
• Optimize models for real-time inference and edge deployment, managing latency and memory constraints.
• Work with software engineering teams to deploy models into production via APIs and messaging frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Singapore office
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of applied experience in computer vision or multimodal AI.
• Proficiency in Python or C++.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs), multimodal learning, or generative AI.
• Knowledge of messaging and communication technologies like RabbitMQ, gRPC, or REST APIs.
• Exposure to distributed training, large-scale experiments, or multi-GPU systems.
• Experience with model optimization and deployment tools such as ONNX or TensorRT.
