Software Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Participate in the overall design, development, and modernization of the Razer Gold core system.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and participate in technical design reviews to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable code supported by robust unit and automation testing.
• Proactively identify and resolve critical system issues to ensure service reliability.
• Execute the migration of legacy systems to modern technology stacks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in e-commerce Java-based core system design.
• Proven ability to build highly scalable and high-availability online systems.
• Hands-on experience with database systems including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in implementing automated and performance testing.
• Understanding of JVM tuning, heap dump analysis, and Java profiling.

Nice to have

• Experience working with major public cloud platforms, especially AWS.
