What you will do

• Design and develop robust screen recording and streaming solutions for the Windows environment.
• Optimize media pipelines using hardware accelerators like NVENC, AMD AMF, and Intel QuickSync.
• Develop high-performance applications utilizing H.264, H.265 (HEVC), and AV1 video codecs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure low-latency and high-quality streaming performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues related to audio/video streaming, latency, and encoding quality.
• Stay at the forefront of evolving video standards and streaming technology advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming with a proven history of performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of video and audio codecs, including H.264, H.265, AV1, AAC, and Opus.
• Expertise in media frameworks such as FFmpeg, OBS, Media Foundation, ZLMediaKit, or GStreamer.
• Knowledge of media streaming protocols including RTSP, RTMP, WebRTC, and HLS.
• Skills in image processing technologies such as OpenGL or Direct3D.
