TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of tag implementation via Google Tag Manager and hard-coded website tags.
  • Configure and maintain GA4 properties, including custom dimensions, events, and cross-domain tracking.
  • Manage integrations between web analytics and CRM systems like Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to surface tracking performance and funnel health metrics.
  • Ensure tracking compliance with GDPR and ePrivacy regulations across all global markets.
  • Monitor organic search performance through Google Search Console to validate traffic quality and site health.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in tag implementation, marketing analytics, or digital data roles.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Tag Manager including custom HTML and data layer design.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4 event schema design and conversion configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking integrations and attribution.
  • Working proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for custom tagging and validation.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, ePrivacy, and consent-based tag firing strategies.

Nice to have

  • Experience with server-side tagging solutions like sGTM or Stape.
  • Knowledge of additional analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO tools like Semrush or Ahrefs.
  • Experience working in a global, multi-site enterprise environment.
