What you will do

• Architect production-grade agent infrastructure beyond simple API calls.
• Implement tool calling and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Establish rigorous evaluation practices for agentic systems.
• Integrate LLM-based systems into high-scale, user-facing web products.
• Collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers on next-generation creative intelligence.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York
• Experience building conversational agents or agentic systems leveraging foundation models at scale
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or pydantic-ai
• Solid grasp of agent architecture including tool calling, ReAct, and multi-agent loops
• Startup or 0→1 product development experience

Nice to have

• Production experience with RAG, context window management, and memory summarization
• Background in observability and monitoring for agentic systems
• Experience with agent-frontend protocols such as AG-UI or SSE streaming
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
