What you will do
- Manage external marketing agency partnerships and oversee content delivery across digital platforms.
- Strenhirify.globalhen and maintain the employer brand identity through consistent communication and visual standards.
- Coordinate and execute internal culture initiatives, company events, and engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to develop content for job boards and professional social media.
- Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and team announcements to showcase internal expertise.
- Support business development by preparing marketing materials like pitch decks and case studies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding.
- Strong copywriting skills in English (B2+ level).
- Proficiency in managing social media and working with external vendors.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Proactive communication skills and ability to collaborate across various departments.
- Strong ownership mindset for managing multiple initiatives independently.
