What you will do

  • Advocate for customer requirements by communicating feedback to the Product team to support feature improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify business pain points.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and build models to analyze business needs using SQL and Python.
  • Design and develop automated dashboards to provide real-time monitoring and insightful data reporting.
  • Execute A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Ensure data governance by maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data pipelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience developing dashboards with tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Digital Marketing (MarTech) industry.
  • Familiarity with Google BigQuery or MongoDB.
  • Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML).
  • Experience in agent development or AI-driven workflows.
  • Prior experience working in an English-speaking professional environment.
