Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst (Enterprise Solution) (SQL/Python/AI): Building data-driven business solutions for enterprise clients through product analytics, predictive modeling, dashboards, and experimentation with an accent on translating client requirements into actionable analytical frameworks. Focus on extracting insights from large databases, validating results with AI tools, designing A/B tests, and maintaining accurate business metrics.

What you will do
- Gather customer requirements and feedback, communicate them to Product teams, and support continuous feature improvement.
- Partner with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and clients to identify business pain points and develop analytical recommendations.
- Use SQL and Python to extract data from large databases, perform exploratory analysis, build models, and predict user behavior.
- Design automated dashboards and real-time reports using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Build solution frameworks from client use cases and maintain data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business logic.
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, plus practical dashboard development experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Strong statistical foundation, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to identify data discrepancies.
- Ability to translate technical findings into business language and recommend next actions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; role based in Taipei, Taiwan.
Nice to have
- Experience in Digital Marketing or the MarTech industry.
- Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL database queries.
- Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in machine learning.
- Experience with agent development or AI-tool workflows.
- Experience in top business consulting firms or English-speaking cross-border teams.
