What you will do

• Manage system deployment, configuration, and release pipelines.
• Design automated deployment strategies to ensure reliable software releases.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts.
• Continuously improve operational workflows by adopting new tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering or site reliability engineering.
• Strong familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming with Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proactive mindset toward automation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Chinese language required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance profiling and load testing tools.
• Exposure to security hardening, access control, or compliance auditing.
