What you will do
- Identify and prospect new enterprise client relationships for chatbot solutions.
- Execute consultative sales cycles, including product demonstrations and value proposition delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory-specific targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate client onboarding and implementation.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and industry outreach.
- Negotiate contracts and provide accurate forecasting to sales management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Deep understanding of the chatbot industry landscape and competitive dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
