What you will do

• Identify and prospect new enterprise client relationships for chatbot solutions.
• Execute consultative sales cycles, including product demonstrations and value proposition delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory-specific targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate client onboarding and implementation.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and industry outreach.
• Negotiate contracts and provide accurate forecasting to sales management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
• Deep understanding of the chatbot industry landscape and competitive dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
