What you will do

• Leverage scientific methods to build identity graphs and profile high-value users.
• Drive online experiments to optimize advertising campaign efficiency and ROAS.
• Own and lead machine learning projects from inception to deployment independently.
• Partner with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver measurement solutions for customers.
• Develop bidding, pricing, and personalized content delivery models for large-scale ad platforms.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience with identity graph, ID mapping, and cross-device mapping in digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Demonstrated ability to generate profiles and mapping under large-scale data conditions.
• Strong ownership and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
